As a service to this blog (wink, wink), Christine and I picked up new iPhone 4s last week. You’ll notice that the video quality will be improved going forward (we’ve gone HD!)
The new phone also has a front facing camera (in addition to the normal camera on the back). This is useful for FaceTime chatting (for when one of us is traveling) – but Maile discovered that it also means she has a brand new friend. We call her the iMaile – she lives in the iPhone and Maile thinks its the coolest thing since slice bread chatting with her… although a bit annoying since iMaile always tries to interrupt her.
If its not obvious, the video above is taken using the front facing camera – so Maile is basically looking at herself while the video is going. Its unclear whether she actually realizes its her (I tend to think she doesn’t … hence the introduction of iMaile).
Apparently iMaile likes to chat just as much as Maile Girl.
