The neighborhood is getting a little rough.
Picture didn't come out great, but under her right eye she has a little bit of a shiner. Poor girl.
We’re not sure exactly what happened here (running theory is she knocked herself in her crib or perhaps rubbed her eye a little too hard). In any event, Maile developed a bit of a black eye.
So we did what any parents would do – we took the mugshot above and tossed her in jail…

(Dad note: No Mailes were harmed in the production of this blog post. The bruise went away by the next morning – so no idea what was going on…)
