Maile is a pretty good eater, but Chris and I have been talking about how to expand her palette. While she loves tofu and broccoli, she doesn’t really eat much meat or chicken or anything like that. Chris had the great idea to see if she started cooking with Maile, if she would eat what she cooked herself. Turns out Mommy is a genius, because that is exactly what happened!
For the last 3 nights, Mommy and Maile have cooked together. On Monday they made a chicken stir fry, Tuesday was sloppy joes and tonight they ate leftovers, but made a banana bread. Maile absolutely LOVES cooking with her Mommy and she has been eating a bit of everything she has made so far. The added bonus is that we get to eat dinner as a family now (typically we would wait until Maile went to bed to have dinner).
